In PB Global Industries Limited, we have huge distinct well maintained warehouses for raw materials, packaging/labeling materials and finished goods. These materials are held in our “quarantine” area until it is sampled, verified, and released for use or forwarded in case of finished goods by our “quality control and quality assurance departments.

The sampling is performed according to written procedure by our trained technical staff.

Every raw material, packaging, and labeling material has its own assessment procedures and specifications.

When the “quality control laboratory” receives the samples, the respective test procedure is followed and the results are matched against the specifications and documented.

Upon release, each container of each lot number of raw materials, packaging, and labeling materials receives a green “release slip “.

Only containers bearing the “release slip “are allowed to take out of quarantine and held into the main warehouse.
