MANUFACTURING 

Our production department is responsible for the maintenance and proper care of the machinery and equipment that it uses to produce the quality surgical products. The production department uses labor, machinery and a variety of techniques to be able to produce surgical products according to ISO (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and meet the quality standards of products.

Our working environment is controlled and validated for the surgical product manufacturing. We have adopted our own community, safety and environmental policies covering the key principles established by NAFDAC and maintain appropriate arrangements to facilitate and monitor effective implementation.

Our corporate safety and environmental groups work with manufacturing executives to improve process safety, waste management, pollution control and environmental stewardship, which ensure that new construction projects and buildings comply with all environmental regulations during construction and operations.
